Lula Bistro - An Authentic Gem in the Minerva Area
We went to Guadalajara last week for business and had two restaurants that we wanted to try, but our partners insisted to take us to this restaurant they had just discovered. It turned out to be an amazing place in the Minerva area. I just didn't expect to find in Guadalajara the best food I have EVER had!
We were very surprised with the quality of the food (we are foodies and have been to a LOT of restaurants around the world). The desserts were particularly interesting and I fell in love with the chocolat fondant. The restaurant is two minutes from Minerva, just off Av. Lopez Mateos. Going from Minerva to Plaza del Sol, or Colima, the little street after the train tracks. The street is 3030 San Gabriel.
If you are only one day in town I recommend you not to miss this experience. Really memorable.
