Guadalajara Rental wanted apartment or cuatro

I am a retired American living in GDL for 4 years and am looking for a new place. I am very clean and quite.
I would prefer a small one bedroom partially furnished apartment, or quatro. I have a T V, Microwave, kitchen utities, pots and pans, etc.. just need a bed! The area is not important.
